Get to know me
I’m Sylwia—business psychologist turned business strategist with 10+ years of experience in marketing for companies focused on human-centered solutions, including health-tech and medical facilities.
My journey goes beyond business. For the past 7 years, I’ve been training in pole dance, exotic and contemporary dance – a practice that has taught me resilience, self-expression, and the perfect balance of strength and flow.
Sport lessons are directly connected to how I approach business. In both, success comes not from sheer force, but from aligning your moves with purpose, trusting the process, and embracing the rhythm of your own unique journey.
My path hasn’t been the easiest—I fought my way through anorexia, anxiety-depressive disorders, addictions, and an abusive relationship. But these experiences didn’t break me; they shaped me. They taught me resilience, self-trust, and the power of transformation. Over time, I stopped seeing my ADHD as a struggle and embraced it as my creative force—fueling my ability to think outside the box, connect the dots, and build with purpose.
That’s why I believe obstacles don’t define us. What we create from them does.

When I’m not doing marketing, mentoring, or dancing, I host a podcast where I share my insights and interview dancers, athletes and business owners, about blending passion with purpose, gaining even more insight into building businesses with flow and intention.
